Creating a new account is easy! Make sure you have a Thomas Drug Store prescription label handy. 1. Click/Touch here to go to the RefillRx website. 2. Click the "Register" button 3. Enter Thomas Drug Store's zip code (15552), the last four digits of its phone number (8614), and press the "Search for Pharmacy" button. 4. When F.B. Thomas Drug Store, Inc., is located, click the "Select Pharmacy" button. 5. Under "Option #2: Supply Patient Information," enter your first name, last name, street address, prescription (Rx) number, birthdate, and gender. Be sure to type in your name and address exactly as they appear on your prescription label. When finished, click "Search Patient Information." 6. If you entered the information correctly, you will see a "Match Found!" message. Click the "Last Step" button. 7. Create a username (your email address is best), enter your email address, and create a password. Then press "Complete Registration." 8. Once the registration process is completed, click the "Click here to login" button to login into the RefillRx system with your new username and password.
