Our New Robot
(Automated Medication Dispenser)
We Have Automated Our Prescription Dispensing Process with the ScriptPro SP 200 Robotic Prescription Dispensing System to help us dispense medications with the highest level of personalized service to our customers.
How does it work? When your prescription is received, the robot will automatically choose a vial, take it to the correct drug cell, and fill it. The robot then labels the filled vial and sends it down a conveyor to our pharmacist for final inspection and capping.
The system has barcode scanning steps along the way to ensure that we always dispense the proper drug & strength. The final check screen shows an image of the drug for visual verification by our pharmacy staff.
